So delighted with this qualification; thank you so much!

I sent majiko exactly two years ago to NSC 193 when my daughter Emily was born (the song was “15 Promises with Emily”, don’t worry, the name choice came before the entry choice ). However, it was a pretty anonymous NQ in the end back then. So it’s a suitable revenge that “Princess” is able to qualify just after her 2nd birthday. Thank you all voters!

I understand the feeling completly. The last 20 editions, I have qualified only 4 times. It is a rough time for sure and you feel really hopeless. Sure, my song might not be one to fight for the win, I knew that when I sent it, but I hoped at least to qualify with it, since it was a fun, summerish, catchy tune, that might have brought a smile or two.
But I would say to keep trying for a little bit longer. Suddenly you just gotta find that song that suddenly hits it. Like I did with Dadi Freyr or with Rebekka Karijord that both ended top 10 during this dark time. Give it a few more editions, use that time to think it through at least, before making a decision at least. That is what I do, when I feel down.

But congratulations to everyone who made it through though and thanks @iowacorn for a great show!

Roseland is one my favourite nations in NSC.

I know how it feels, I've had tons of moments like that. Look at my overall record: I've had more flops than successes in the 8 years that I've been part of the main roster (finishing last in the semis 9 times), in 2021 and 2022 combined I only qualified a total of 4 times. I had a couple of times where I felt so disappointed that I really did want to quit.

But you know what? I didn't. I still have a lovely note Gary sent me from when I was at a low point early in my time on the main roster, telling me to not to lose hope. Sometimes I need to read it to find more motivation.

This year has been my best yet as of now, 3 out of the last 4 editions I qualified (in fact, any time I qualify after a long DNQ streak is a win for me, because I didn't stop trying). I'm going to keep going until I really achieve my ultimate goal: my first-ever NSC victory. And to get there, I just need to be in the right place at the right time with the right song.

So I say keep going Fabi, and don't give up!

Omg please don't leave I would miss you a lot! is one of my favorite nations here (whom I 12ed several times) and I hope I can keep doing it in the future

I do not accept this post and never will. Do not dare leave me - we already lost , I could not stand such a core Pot 1 nation disappearing from NSC.

I know a lot have added to this but I just wanted to say Roseland are being so robbed in NSC at the moment and your nonqual streak has not gone unnoticed as an injustice. Some recent entries would've fought for my final 12 and haven't made it unfortunately, I totally understand if you leave but I really want you to keep going and keep sharing the wonderful Roselandic music

Here we go again. Nearly an identical result as my previous entry, just one point less, and one place lower. Got half the entries I voted for thru tho, 5/10 in both semis.

I'm not often post here, but thank you guys for the 14th NQ in a row.
After over 1 year not in the Final, i will think about to witdrawn.
Roseland is 13 years in this NSC, it is my heart and my soul, thinking of give up really breaks heart. Maybe is 13 years is enough, but to make a final it is really difficult.
Actually doesn't want to give up Roseland, but it is game, if you lose everytime, you lose your passionate for this game at a point.
I hope i can figure it out soon, I don't dare to make a final decision yet.
I just felt the need to share my thoughts.

I'm late with this, but I have some words to add too. Please don't leave. Roseland has been one of my favorite nations for many years. And your recent results are a disgrace, it's not your fault people lack taste. I've looked into it, and since NSC 204, you've been out of my semi top 10 only twice. Plus, I didn't reju vote in 204 and 216, but you would have gotten points from me on both occasions. God Is A Girl would probably have been a 12. 205 and 206 - 10. 208 - 3. 209 - 7. 210 - 6. 211 - 4. 212 AND 213 - 12. 214 - 8. 217 - 6. I don't think there are any other nations in the contest that are so consistently in my top 10, and how you have failed to qualify with every single one of these is a mystery to me. Maybe those of us who appreciates your entries are few, but know that there are some of us that love many of them.
