I was bored the today and started to listen to the songs in the final. While I was listening, I was thinking, how would these songs look if it was a stage performance, like in ESC. Here is what I think they would sorta look like!
01 Tír an Abhainn
A performance full of energy starts the final! The singer sings with the whole band in the background and moves all over the place while she sings. The lightning is shiny yellow with a black and yellow picture of a city that reminds of Paris. Suddenly the robot that appears in the video comes on the screen and together with the singer; they make the same dance-routine as in the video! The band is wearing beige and black clothes while the singer is wearing a shiny black dress.
02 Viola Per Sempre
The whole band starts with a purple background, when the singers comes from each side of the stage, Sharon from the left and Chris from the right. They move all around the stage never too meet until the last chorus and that time the background turns light blue and a sun comes up and shines over the band. The singers are wearing white while the band is wearing black.
03 Ugaly
Lapp-Lisa starts of the song on her own with a microphone stand and a blue background with white shining stars. In the chorus is three backing singers are helping her. She is wearing a blue traditional sami dress while the backing singers are wearing white.
04 Mooseland
After two ballads, Jade comes in with her 3 male dancers and sings a pop-song full of attitude. She has two backing singers on the stage making her singing better. She does a strong performance; there the dancers are making most of the moves. The background is yellow during the verses but turns red and orange in the chorus. She is wearing a shiny blue dress, with the dancers and backing singer wearing gray/white clothes.
05 Comino
Calvin Harris stands in the beginning on his own with a microphone stand and wearing a white jacket and jeans. Just before the song speeds up, 5 dancers comes in, all wearing t-shirts and jeans in black. It looks really good when the background that started as black turns to a multi-colored disco background for the first chorus and for the rest of the song.
06 Akkåville
With an ice-blue background, Zemlja Gruva starts off their performance. The band is wearing blue and yellow clothes, while the dark-haired singer is wearing a yellow suit, quite similar to the one she is wearing in the video, while the blond singer is wearing a short blue dress. The whole band is moving around in different directions when the music plays while when they sing they all are back in their positions.
07 Pigeon Island
The lead vocalist is joined by 4 dancers wearing the helmets just like in the video. The dancers is wearing black, while she is wearing a short white dress. In the verses the background is deep blue, green, and in the bridge pink. In the chorus it turns to a fire, just to get an extra feeling about the songs title.
08 Calypso
Julie starts on her own with a light blue back ground, sitting on a chair with a guitar and sings. She wears a black jacket and trousers with a white t-shirt and shoes. In the chorus the background turns red. Before last chorus she leaves the guitar and stands up behind a microphone stand and the backing singers comes in with black clothes. When the music stops everything turns black and you can just see the singers face looking straight into the camera.
09 Cydoni-Gibberia
The background is gray and the singer is standing behind a microphone stand while the other two members are in the background. All the three is wearing black, with 3 female dancers joins them on stage all wearing light blue clothes. The performance feels very beautiful and meaningful and before the last chorus some laser shoots out in light blue and green.
10 Alinta
Adam Lambert is wearing a black and red jacket, black jeans and red shoes with two guitarists wearing black and a drummer wearing red and black. Adam gives an emotional performance with a night city view in the background turning to a red heart for the last chorus.
11 Zaprya
Colonia’s background starts with an open area of grass and gets the feeling of summer. Everyone is wearing white and black traditional clothes, pretty much like in the video. The singer is the one that is moving mostly, while the other is playing on instruments.
12 10 Regions Of Mobius
April is dancing with 5 female dancers/backing singers all wearing red and white dresses inspired by the 60s. April is wearing a yellow dress with red dots on to even more get the feeling of the 60s. The background is orange and reds, feeling a little more like 70s than the 60s. Still the performance is happy and with a lot of James Bond inspired dance moves.
13 Saksjaowie
The singer starts lying on the stage wearing a black dress, she stands on her knees while singing the first chorus and the rest of the song singing behind a microphone stand. The band stands behind her, all wearing black. With the black and white background that turns to light pink in the chorus really looks great.
14 Bokia
Cheryl starts on her own, wearing and black red and dress and gloves in the same colour and moves the whole song in a tango inspired speed. For every time she sings counting the first chorus, a male dancer comes in and dances with her and then disappears and a new one comes in. For the ending all dancers comes in and dances around her. The back ground is black with a rose blooming for every chorus.
15 Ecclestonia
Timbaland stands on his own on the stage wearing a black suit with a blue background. When the chorus comes, Katy Perry stands on a high plateau, wearing white dress and the blue backgrounds gets stars that twinkles in red, green and pink. For the second chorus they stand next to each other and in the last chorus 6 dancers joins them and dances break-dance. The home crowd is of course cheering a lot.
16 Dalisska
Jena Lee starts on her own moving forward to her microphone stand with a skyscraper burning in the background. She is wearing black and purple jacket with dark blue jeans. In the chorus the background turns blue and purple after each other. In the last chorus, a guitarist plays a solo while she sings and till the song ends.
17 Somborian Republic
Pixie starts sitting on a chair on her own wearing a short pink dress with a black background. The background turns red every chorus and after the first chorus she stands up and walks around the stage. In the bridge everything goes black and white and the backing singers come in and gives the performance an extra push. The colour comes back in the chorus again and Pixie with her pink dressed backing singers ends the song together.
18 Belvist
Giulia and DJ Project starts as shadows in the back of the stage and when the light turns on them, the singer moves forward and sings. Giulia is wearing a black dress and the guys’ black and white, with a dark blue background. When the beat comes on, the background turns to yellow, green and red after each other. Giulia is in the middle of the song joined by two female dancers, wearing sexy black clothes, dances the whole song with Giulia. DJ Project stands behind their DJ-set ups on stage.
19 Zoidiac
The singer is wearing black, just like the vid, moving on her own at start. The back ground is white in the verses but in the chorus turns dark purple, looking extremely good on stage. For the ending, 4 dancers, two male and two female comes on stage and dances till the end of the song.
20 Fervorosia
The whole band is on stage, wearing clothes in different colors. The singer is wearing a marine dress with perls on. The background is brown and has a lot of texts, both from known and unknown people, similar to the vid. Even if they don’t move a lot, it feels that a lot of things are happening.
21 Blondania
Blake Lewis wearing a black suit and dark sunglasses starts this 80s tune with a sky in the background with clouds moving in a fast speed. In the chorus the background turns a number of hearts that breaks, just to make the title even more hearable. In the second verse the background is a night city view to get back to the breaking hearts again in the chorus. Blake isn’t moving in the same time as the last time he competed, but still feels strong.
22 Kostanovia
Sia starts with 5 dancers next to her all wearing sparkling black clothes. The background reminds of a disco, light blue and green with a red and pink one in the chorus. She has one backing singer that doesn’t be seen in picture though, and it is a really happy performance, a big difference from when she competed for RLD the last time.
23 Yaponesia
Ho Ngoc Ha is wearing a white dress joined with two backing singers that’s wearing black. The background is black but gets more and more colorful while the first verse goes on. When the chorus comes she does some dance moves with the two backing singers when the background is turning light blue. Suboi comes in with two male dancers dancing break-dance and joins later Ho in her performance for the rest of the song. In the second verse the background is black with blue text saying “I wish I could take it back” when she sings it.
24 Adamsburg
The background is white when the two singers stands completely still in their black suits. The only move is the arm that comes right after the first chorus (just like in the vid). They move a little more in the 2nd verse, but stands completely still the whole 2nd chorus…except the “armmove” again. The background turns purple and pink in the last choruses and they are moving a little more again. In the very end 4 dancers comes in and dances break-dance all four wearing white.
25 Gozitania
Kelly starts in the middle of the stage completely black all around her with light in her face. She is accompanied by a guitarist that is playing on her right side. When the drumbeat comes in, the background turns red and we can see her clothes are a black leather jacket, red T-shirt and dark blue jeans. She moves around the stage and “challenges” the camera while it passes her. In the chorus the background turns into the title “Long Shot” with pink letters and see moves future to the edge of the stage.
26 Noizeland
All three singers start behind microphone stands with a background of a tree that is moving with a wind. All three of them are wearing long dresses in different colours, one in red, one in purple and one in white, just like the Noizelandic flag. While a man playing a flute is being shown, they leave their microphone stands and move on the stage in different directions. They all come back to each other during the chorus again and sing together. They move back to the microphone stands during the flute plays again and end behind them just showing a big storm with the tree on the big screen.
27 Qele
The whole band is on stage, all wearing black with a heavy storm in a city as a background. The lightning is focused on the singer. In the chorus comes the word “Nothing” in the background, in different languages as French, Spanish and Russian. In the piano playing they are showing a white piano being exploding in the background and then back to the “Nothings” all the way till the end.
28 Spila
Marina comes in on the stage wearing a dress in the American flag colors. The rest of the band is wearing blue and red clothes. The background shows the city of LA in verses and in the chorus is an American flag waving. Marina starts behind a microphone stand but after the first chorus moving all around the stage. In the last chorus, blue and red confetti comes from the sky and Marina is jumping around on stage.
