I would personally think it would be fair to allow you tp participate but as I've told to United Islands, it's the NSC mods who should decide, so all non-voters or late voters should write to them about that.

it's not the nsc mods decision :roll: it's the freakin RULES!

Still, they can alter them or make exceptions under some circumstances. Really don't know why we're arguing since it's not our problem.

uh... RULES are RULES xD check the NSC dictionary it says so... if a rule isn't followed because someone never read them that is their own fault. there is even a rules thread. so :roll: plus in Eurovision all countries vote and this contest mirrors ESC so nobody is excused IMO

There's the wikipage on the rules which details the most fundamental rules very clearly; I sure hope newcomers still read that

As an NSC mod, I stand by this.
Bruno, make sure you read the rules during your unfortunate but short break in NSC 49, and good luck in NSC 50!

Not that NSC mods have any extra authority of course Boyan is absolutely right! But well, it's a community-decided rule

It was clearly stated that non-voters who didn't qualify would not be able to enter NSC 49 and the deadline was longer than usual so in my opinion United Islands should accept the break
