I had forgotten some of them, so didn't make the connection right away. I thought those could probably be onest hat haven't decided on an entry but said they'll take part or something similar...

Odd! But the number of nations is correct. So Adam might have added a defunct nation or put a country twice. I've checked for prequalifiers but I've found none of them.

You're abvsolutely right! Giggshood doesn't have a place on the list. And neither do the other 3, I guess. I don't really like that rule. :x
