It seems like it can't be quite trusted; spoiler tags because I can't remember whether you can swear on the Internet.

Google makes it to be "it's shit, but fuck it", when it's rather "it's shit, but it fucks" (or, more poetically, "it sucks, but it fucks"). A NQ may not quite fit the bill, but one could describe all of NSC as such, if you're so inclined.

Seems like maybe there are different ways of understanding this. Given the video, that makes sense. Been looking around tho, and it seems like the general meaning in South Africa of this phrase is more like "it's shit, but it rocks". Like, this is what we have to deal with, let's make the best out of it, and pretend it's not really that bad.

Three finals in a row feels wonderful after the failure streak, thanks all! Pleased my amazing 12 in semi 2 made it to the final also.

Sad for Strenci and Zombira though. Tonight, Tonight is a timeless, beautiful classic and finishing =6th and not qualifying is horrific luck

Did expected that i will need some luck to qualify. ^^ At least one 12 wa given, thanks to iowacorn! And thanks to all other voters who gave Cummerbund some love!

Lost nearly my complete Top6 in semi 1. In general only 10 of my pointers survived and mostly the low ones, i really have to hope for some good PQs for the final!

Hello everyone, just checking in to say big thank you for qualification with this bonafide smasha that also happens to get properly recognized around Natia by the looks of it!

Needless to say I am holding space for my friend Unnie (Serenate & Clair/ Hypjø / Ölanda etc.) that I met lurking around here as not-yet teenager. We’ve grown together having these boards as our starting point and I still see my participation as our kind of bond cause I am one of the few ‘last one standing’s’ of so-called SCLan or Pot 2 if you like it more official.
