Congrats to the qualifiers so far! These battles have been epic I am curious to see how you can make a Hoppip win against anybody if it turns out I qualified (I'm not expecting to though, tbh)

Btw Roar of Time is Dragon-type, which doesn't affect Wigglytuff, who is Fairy-type, but I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and assume this is Gen 4 or Gen 5, back when Wigglytuff was pure Normal-type.
