I kinda expected the flop after semi 2 when the youtube video was drawing dead in viewership. But they extended their record, I guess?

So, where is the link to the article about the Norwegian juror who ranked Israel almost last on purpose, said Free Palestine in his video? EBU will most probably take action against him but it won't change the result. So whenever Norwegian delegation want to file a complaint against Israel, they should think about their biased, political juror who acted against the rules on purpose!

Norway's jury was very kind to the Israeli song.

I'm sorry that voting is a matter of which country people sympathize with. Personally I would never vote that way - certainly not deliberately. I support Ukraine in general, but I wouldn't vote for a bad Ukrainian song.

Look at sports. Do the Ukrainians get an advantage there because they are loved? No, they compete by the same criteria as everybody else. And so it should be.

It will be punished acordingly by removing his scores or removing the Norwegian jury score(which would hurt Israelsscore which would be ironic), just like Israel should be for using embasies to get votes etc.

It is weird that the Norwegian jury ranked Israel so high compared to others, but I will put that on boring music-taste. Though I definetly do not think Israel lovers should complain about getting 8 undeserved points from the Norwegian jury.

The Israeli jury gave Luxembourg 12 points just because she was Israeli, and Germany 10 just because Germany supports Israel no matter what, so political jurors exists in other places, they just don't state it.

I agree with him about free palestine, but unlike you i can see problematic rulebreaking when it happens, regardless if i have sympathy for the reason the rules was broken.

I guess he probably was shocked by 8 points to Israel and wanted to say he was against Israel, but did not think about him being political would break the rules.

Well, I never really connected and got the song, and felt guilty about it, but I can see that the whole Europe found that too hermetic as well.
The comparison with Alvan & Ahez is pretty good. They were doing good music, original, but seemed stuck in their own fantasy, without really connecting with the audience.

Potential Televote-Winner.

Interesting that Spain, who in 2023 sent an "ethnic" song and got a disappointing result, is the country that gives Gåte least points.

Despite difference in genre, I regard those two songs as quite similar in many ways.

Sliding back into this thread just to repeat I am still bitter about this one´s outcome.
As bitter as I was after results were revealed.
I wrote this almost a year ago for Eaea and now I´m experiencing a deja fckin vu over here. 😞

The biggest robbery and injustice of the year xcry :(

This masterpiece didn't deserve such a tragic result. I was afraid that things could go this way because it was too unconventional for the masses, but last place is so undeserved.

I hope  will participate next year and that, next year, the result will be better. But definitely, this is a wound that won't heal easily.
