Can anyone clarify the voting situation for me tomorrow? Can international viewers vote via the website, or is it 100% Norwegian viewers only?

I know it was possible in the round-up heat at least.

I guess with the voting failure last time, they don't risk running any filters or anything this time so just let everything through.

But in a way it's also Ok as it continues the idea of the international juries from previous years to check what works outside Norway. Of course hardcore ESC fans that will vote are maybe not the most representative, but seems they already saved Jorn which is a good sign..

The organizers said it was purposefully stretched to give something extra for the people during covid
