RICK ASTLEY - NEVER GONNA GIVE YOU UP
Rick Astley will be representing North West England at the 62nd edition of WorldVision. Astley comes from the town of Newton-Le-Willows in Lancashire and has had a huge career spanning over 50 years. The song 'Never Gonna Give You Up' was one of the highest selling singles internationally in the years 1987 and 1988, and has recently had a huge surge of popularity due to the 'Rick-Rolling' meme.
Hopefully Rick Astley could finally give me the ticket to the grand final that I've been waiting for throughout my time here in North West England! This entry is a big change from everything I've sent in the past, but hopefully the risk will pay off!
