Next Spin-off suggestions

SUGGESTING AND PICKING THE NEXT THEME
1. Everyone can suggest up to two themes for the next spin-off edition.
2. The suggestions can be posted as soon as the final round poll for the previous edition is closed and until the deadline announced by one of the moderators (usually the same day as the show deadline for the current spin-off edition).
3. You can pick any theme that has previously been suggested, but not one that was already suggested by someone for the upcoming poll.
4. The next edition's spin-off theme will be decided by poll voting, usually in two rounds.
5. If one of the suggestions has an overwhelming majority in the poll, the voting will be closed after the first round.
6. If there's no clear majority, the suggestion with the most votes, alongside the one with the second-most will advance to the second an final round. If more than one suggestion has the same number of votes, all will advance in the final round.

Since the wait for the 33rd spin-off is a little longer than usual, I think we can already move on to think about ideas for the next one. Deadline for sending suggestions will be announced in the next days.

Melancholic Spin-off
aka sad songs, ballads, etc.

Let's travel back in time to...
We choose a century (preferable not XX or XXI) and we are taking part with countries/regions from that period. (ex. for 8th century you can choose West Francia and send any entries from that location).

Songwriter Spin-off: Songs performed by their songwriters. Co-writers are allowed, but both of them have to perform the song. Songwriter who is member of a band, must be the vocalist. In case of any orchestra entry, the songwriter must be the conductor.

Long length songs Spin-off: Song duration must be longer than 7 min

And actually it would be time to start it... At first we have to find the host, then confirmation period, so... many already have Christmas in their minds.

Then it would be City names -2 as we already had this theme in Spin-off #4.

It's OK to have returning themes, we just add number. And we have a rule that songs from previous spin-off with the same theme can't be entered even if more than 15 editions passed.
