If the song stays in your head, the only thing you can do is vote for it, and keep voting till it goes away

That song sounds like the "Deutsche Schlager" of the 70ies. So i don´t believe that it will reach the final. It´s too oldfashioned.

Finally she looks a little bit younger. And her song has been stuck in my head all day long

Outdated, naff, boring and a total no-hoper. Won't make the final and doesn't deserve to.

Although most of the Dutch people and the rest of Europe may hate this song, I really like it.

One thing I really don't understand is that all the critics say it's too outdated/old-fashioned to participate in the songcontest. This is really one of the first times ever The Netherlands sends in a typical Dutch (folk)song to the contest. This is what folk-music still is in The Netherlands nowadays !

I hear less complaints about Finland and Serbia, who are not mentioned to be old-fashioned, although it's really nothing more then oldfashioned folk-music from their culture. No complaints from my side, because i also really like these entries very much.

Lots of people say they miss the songcontest as it was in the old-days, but then agian they argue about songs being out-dated. Strangely, I cannot follow.

In my opinion our entry this year ROCKS, hahaha.
In a good or (for some) in a bad way.

This will be the first time, i will be not be surprised when Sieneke makes The Netherlands get through to the final. It didn't work out well with good entries like Glennis Grace and Hind so.............maybe this is the way to get it.

I'll cheer for you Sieneke ! And if you manage to make it, you can stick a lot of those critics eyes out ! hehehehe

I had the opportunity to watch the show in which this song was chosen and I must admit that I thought that Sieneke was the best choice. Not being brilliant, at least the song sounds authentic, it's not like so many songs in the contest that are completely anonymous. Congratulations for having the courage to send a song in your own language, reflecting your culture and your musical roots. Nice job!
