A great theme, but I'm a little confused to participate or not. And what to send if participate.

No, I just collect the entries. We'll see if Daniel will host when he will come back, if not then the 3rd, if he declines, then the 4th, etc.
From next edition onward Gera will collect the entries of the spin offs and check their eligibility, because it's not like the FSC and NSC spin offs where the checking is easy (the one it's only countries, and the other no countries at all). It's hard to define if somebody is eligible to compete for a certain region, so we'll have the spin off manager to check them
