It is closer to Europe than some countries ( which participates in esc ) :)

If there will be an esc where only geographical european countries participate, there should not be a privilege for any countries. Do that, then I will stand against Morocco or other arab countries as well.

Which diaspora votes? France, Spain and Turkey? still, not guaranteed. Not all Arabs are going to vote for them.
Turkey was the biggest surprise yesterday btw :lol:

I already forgot I wrote "inviting", maybe not the right use of word but yeah I think my point came across anyways.

Not only Moroccan diaspora will vote for Morocco though I think. Offcourse not all arabs will vote for them, but for sure they will get alot of help.

Btw there's big Moroccan diaspora in Netherlands, Belgium, Israel and other countries aswell.. I'm almost sure it would be the new "Turkey" in Eurovision if they enter.

But that wasn't my main point for opposing the idea of them enter.

Anyways there's no news here, I stick to my opinion and people can have theirs. As long as people don't misunderstand it and make weird interpretations I'm just fine.

Comparing to others they don't really have a big diaspora.
+ European Moroccans who used to vote for Turkey will vote for their motherland :twisted: :lol:
Extending certain "blocks" weakens them.

Well, they will get alot of help from other arab diaspora I'm pretty sure.

Anyways we'll see, so far they're not even in.

Yes but if Morroco competing, bersides add new life to the event and quality, will mean be the Death of Turkey at Eurovision in final form becauuse will not get their 12 points from of those countries that will always voting for hers from now, they now had hardly pass to go to the final ...

So atfer the Azeri victory, i expected to see Morroco return to ESC atfer 31 years :), atfer all Azerbaijan is an Orthodox Muslim country near Iran and i don't thing that Morroco will miss that oportunity to return to ESC the next year )))

If I was asked, I'd love to see the whole world in the contest. Cuba, Chili, Argentina... :lol: But since it's not possible, I'd like all withdrawing countries to return.

Morocco is actually interested of joining but the thing is in our way is the EBU who rejected 2M apillication alongside Kosovo's and Liechensteins to join EBU to join the Eurovision, We may even give Israel a point or 2 aswell as there is many Moroccans in Israel :)

TVM - SNRT would still refuse to join as they are not interested but 2M has interested since 2008 but still waiting that EBU accept their membership.

Also if Morroco returing, i hope that the jury will give to hers 10.000 points as did with Italy this year, to aviod to withdraw for ever as well. :mrgreen::rolleyes:

To be honest, I don't want to see Morocco without Israel next year. To see these countries together on ESC stage will be great, but not apart...

That's a good thing, if they've been interested even while Israel entered then I would be very happy to see them back :mrgreen:
