Enisa's parents are from Tuzi, Montenegro. It's a shame they didn't have the funding for participation this year, as I really liked her entry in ASC. She could try to represent San Marino or Albania, but that would mean having to participate in Una voce per San Marino or Festivali i Kenges. Honestly, if I was RTCG, I would contact her and assure her that they would stay in contact with her and hopefully represent the country in 2024, should their finances improve.

Never liked their entries, but at the same time it's not nice to see a country leave. I understand the reasons though. In a challenging financial environment it must be hard for the broadcaster to make a credible case for continuing participation, looking at their track record.
Hoping we see them back soon. I felt a bit sorry for Vladana last year, she was pretty much dead last, I didn't care for the song however
