According to the Editor-in-Chief of L'Observateur de Monaco, it is simply too soon after its launch for TVMonaco to concentrate on the Eurovision Song Contest.

Couldn't find a better place to post this but Monaco are now active EBU members with their new broadcaster - TVMonaco. I think it's about 75% confirmed they will be back next year as they had already stated (prior to the new broadcaster starting) that one of their intentions is to come back to ESC. Will be interested to see what they send in 2025 if they do.
