From Love Me Like Daughter which was so creepy to Big Brother which is suprisgly good but my favourite his entry was from years ago

Oh yes, that song is truly much better than this year's. Last year's song was okay, but the weakest one in my opinion. "Insane" has everything that a good, impressive rock song should have!

Almost as bad as Belarus's national final. Most entries were either utterly old-fashioned or ridiculously trashy. I can't see myself liking any entry in Eurovision, tbh. It's probably going to be another very weak year for Moldova in my books.

Can Natalia Gordienko pull a Tamara 2019? They both took part in 2006 with cringe worthy songs and then made a comeback more than 10 year later.

I haven't even listened to the full song of Gordienko but she is not a bad artist. I'm not sure if I like the fact that Kirkorov is involved though.

Tamara competed in 2008.

We're not 100% sure. Eurovoix wrote this on their news thread but its accuracy remains unclear.

Thirty six acts are competing today for
a chance to represent Moldova at the
Eurovision Song Contest 2020.

Live auditions are being held today in
Chisinau, Moldova as thirty six acts
perform for a jury of music
professionals. The live auditions are
being held to determine whether
Moldova will hold a televised selection
process, or if today's jury will
internally select the Moldovan entrant
for Rotterdam.

The jury will not be scoring any of the
auditions today on the staging of the
performance, instead they will be
focusing the melodic line, the
originality of the song, the vocal
performance and the actual
interpretation.

Natalia Gordienko’s “Prison” is the only song in all of the 2020 NF season thus far which made me say “damn that’s good” out loud immediately. It’s not the best song of the season - Tave Čia Randu and Medo de Sentir, for example, are arguably stronger songs, but they lack the instant power of Prison. They’re slow burners; Prison instantly grabbed my attention and it has such strong potential for a creative and ambitious stage design. Don’t mess this up Moldova!

Given the songs' "quality", I'm afraid of the jury asking Moldova to entirely withdraw from ESC Rotterdam 2020 today.

There are 20+ songs that can put on my current 1st place and at least 10 that i enjoy a lot.

The only thing i'm afraid of are terrible vocals. (They don't have to be amazing, just good enough)

I don't know if there's any point in putting us all through a sham of a NF considering how obvious the winner is (Natalia) but they did the same with DoReDos in 2018 so we shall see.

I hope we at least get some iconic trainwreck meme morsels out of this afternoon!
