Modern Music has no place in EUROVISION for me

I've always thought that Eurovision has traditionally been slightly behind the times, that makes more sense in that the audience is likely more mixed than that for the chart music of the time.

(but since i cannot resist: il volo should have won 2015 and their defeat at the hands of a particularly shady and inconsistent jury is what prompted me to become a regular poster here so polina can take a seat)
