Narmina how are you so sure that Crescent-Star represents Islam ? :) To me it's common symbol of Turkic peoples. We can see it in some non-muslim Turkic nations

This is the flag of Bosnia & Herzegovina. The colours show peace and neutrality. The stars are meant to be Europe and they're continuous. The triangle is representing the shape of the country, though its three points can also be for the major cultural entities - Bosniaks, Croats and Serbs. I've also heard some rumors that the colours blue and yellow, along with the stars, are taken from the flag of the European Union. :p

The Bulgarian flag

Our flag is only a tricoloured flag. It does NOT include our coat of arms.

When you put our coat of arms in the middle it becomes the Standart of our president.

If you put it only on the white part it becomes the Standart of our Prime Minister.

The white means "peace and honesty"
The green means " hope joy and love"
The red means " bravery, hardiness, strenght" The red also means "the blood that our anccestors gave for our country"

Bulgaria also has a war flag that we put on our war uniforms :

"С НАМИ БОГ" is in old bulgarian language and it means "God is with us"

And a Naval Jack
