I am really looking forward to hearing LAWRENCE GRAY next week on 13th January. I hope he has a great song which will bring out the beauty and power of his voice. I hope it will be winner!!

According to escmalta.com, the three hosts of the Maltese national final for the 2010 Eurovision Song Contest will be Keith Demicoli, Pauline Agius and Owen Bonnici. Pauline Agius and Owen Bonnici already have Eurovision experience as they hosted the Maltese national selections for the Junior Eurovision Song Contest in 2008 and 2005 respectively.
The first five heats of Malta Eurosong have already been aired. The sisxth and last semi final will be held next Wednesday, when the 20 finalists will also be revealed. The national final will be held on 20th February and the winner will be chosen by a jury and televoting (50% each).

Thea Garrett's song (My Dream) is my favorite so far from Malta. Some say its too like "My Time" in its Disney like sound but I really love this song and how she conveys the song I hope she gets through to the finals!

Tonight the final 6 songs will be presented. The finalists will be announced on the 18th of January. Remember that there isn't a set number of qualifiers per evening, so some nights could see all the participants qualify and some could have none at all, to give the most extreme examples.

Very poor songs from Malta on an overall level. I believe that after hearing all of them, Miriam Christine has the best chances for Malta though her song needs some work. Claudia's song is alright though I didn't like it on first listen so that is where the issue lies there.
