Monaco is very likely. Andorra not so much.

Turkey and Slovakia are the other 2 possibilities.

N. Macedonia will probably return as well. Not so sure about Montenegro and Bulgaria.

Romania will most likely withdraw (I won't miss them tbh apart from Roxen we didn't get much from them)
