Because it's annoying - her voice and the song. The song title stirs negative emotions, already. The performance was that of a lunatic, and was too crazy for my liking. Her voice is annoying and too high. The lyrics were not understood by me, because she mumbled more, than sing. And finally, I'm tired of all these boring disco beats from Sweden. I also think that it was extremely overrated.

IOTAP I really need to buy a ticket for Poland IOTAP xdown

And I thought that you weren't as obsessed as Trece, I guess I was wrong :? Will I have to book 50 tickets for all those insults towards Evelina and about 50% of my other favorites? IOTAP
And I think that this isn't the appropriate topic to argue, this is Nora's topic to help her practice English and not us arguing.

There's no chance that Estonia 2009 won't win Estonian NF in 21st Century I think.

Its the best entry from Estonia( More better than winning song several years ago)
so I think we dont need NF ahah cuz we already know the winner

Agree completely!!
Loreen is the best! Elitsa & Stoyan - Water is epic! Silvia Night was more fun outside stage than on and we are still waiting for the good Russian entry we know they're holding on to. Maybe next year. :)

About writing in English. I think we all who do not have English as first language, are feeling more or less handicapped when it comes to expressing our minds. Everything we write tends to come out as rather dumb and silly. This is especially frustrating when we want to state something important to us or something emotional. In those cases I do a little trick as follows:

1) Open Google translate
2) Write in your own language.
3) Copy the English translation.
4) Edit in a word processor with spelling and thesaurus. (Office Outlook 2007 for me)

Easy and nothing new for some but it sometimes gives the flow in the words you want. :)

Sometimes I wish I were British or American or at least a native speaker of English. I've been learning English for 5 years ( I don't count English that I learned at primary school.) and still I make mistakes. When reading the news, I find out there are still some words I don't know, which makes me go crazy. And also, the pronunciation of English is really hard!!! I mean, in Turkish we don't change the pronunciation of a word when we add a suffix to it. In English, they do! Knowing the pronunciation of a word doesn't mean that you can always pronounce it correctly when added a suffix. Look at ''serene'' and ''serenity''. The suffix -ity changes the pronunciation. But why? :D The only thing that is easy about English is its grammar, I suppose. The rest is really hard. :D I don't know why I wrote this message btw. Anyway... I love English. :D
