Haha don't translate the songs into Italian! These would turn in the eyes of many as too poetic and "conservative".

I tell you what I think, I believe that Samanta suffered the loss of "Still Breathing". She had a better song last year but this year she couldn't bring back the same strength. Recreating a new song from 0 is often not easy and comes with a lot more responsibilities. I in "The Moon is Rising" I see an unexpressed potential. Latvia should have emulated its Estonian neighbors and chose a new representative through a music festival (Samanta could have competed too).

I don't know ... I wish Latvia to qualify for the final but it will be difficult.

- a huge improvement to last year. The arrangement is really great and her voice is less exhausting and annoying in this one.
Iconic moment when she "crowns herself". Last year, she would not have qualified with that mess of a song but this time, I can totally see her getting a fair shot. The arrangement is unique and very distinctive, a little bit artsy-fartsy. - I still dislike the tone of her voice but she's a very capable and talented vocalsit and will slay in Rotterdam.

Yes, actually you are right. However, there are also San Marino, Serbia, Moldova and ... even if it is another genre, Finland. Leaving aside "Dark Side", are we sure it is better than San Marino, Serbia and Moldova? These three songs are much loved by eurofans and technically, in my humble personal opinion, they are much better. We just have to wait for the ESC 2021 and wait for the outcome.
