Whether one likes "Love Injected" or not, one can objectively admit it's a quality song, something fresh and unusual in the Eurovision bubble that succeeded in seducing both viewers and juries. Latvia is not part of the overrated countries, they didn't qualify by magic. I would add that their act was the most well-staged one, they made the most of what technology had to offer in Vienna: the background, the floor, the gestures, the lights, the camera work, everything was on point.
The first time I watched the performance, I immediately felt like it was simply in a different league musically AND visually.
ORF screwed some performances with questionable angles in terms of camera work (San Marino, Czech Republic, Spain, Georgia) but this one was perfect imo.
