Switching juries is not essential - you can remain in your current chosen country/region but if you want to switch the jury, you can do it once you have taken part 3 editions in one jury.

YOU CAN NOW MOVE FOR WV197 & 198
any moves made for later editions will not count

After some thought this will be my last Victorian entry
But I am still tossing up between Cuba and the Dominican Republic

OMG I can't wait to hear it! I met one amazing friend from Kazakhstan on summer school last week, so I can ask him for some suggestions if you will need them :)
