Switching juries is not essential - you can remain in your current chosen country/region but if you want to switch the jury, you can do it once you have taken part 3 editions in one jury.

YOU CAN NOW MOVE FOR WV197 & 198
any moves made for later editions will not count

Actually I have not looked in this thread for a while and didn't know that Germany was free, I would consider that move too. :)

Great news for me, coming back from my vacations xup

I made up a list of my favourite german artists and song for Alex, but now it seems useless :D Do you think you'll need it?
