So many changes this past 2 days. I saw the PMs with the entries for WV28 and I was like "who on earth got Scotland? why the hell Staewi sends an entry from London?" 3

Since Thailand isnt anymore in WV28 i have to reserve the country again for WV29 or its already registered without mattering if i wont participate this edition????. I have this question since i realize im not anymore in the list of juries that changed country for WV28 even though i already reserved it weeks ago.

I don't know if anyone removed it, but I remember I did write down your switch. You are Thailand from WV28, you will vote as Thailand as WV28 in the OP jury, no matter if you will not take part.

I've got a question: how are the time-frames of countries defined? Are only post-1955 (Austrian State Treaty - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia) songs allowed for Austria? Or are songs from its predecessors eligible too? If yes, how is a predecessor defined? Does the Archduchy of Austria count as one and why?

I guess about cases like this, whoever was born/grew up within today's territory of a country is eligible to represent it. Like we had in the past Latvia sending entries from the time Latvia was part of USSR. So, if someone was born/grew up before 1955 in the territory that today is part of Austria is eligible to represent Austria.
