Switching juries is not essential - you can remain in your current chosen country/region but if you want to switch the jury, you can do it once you have taken part 3 editions in one jury.

Dunno about this, but FiK is a little bit different because it's officially being used as Albania National Final since 2003, while Sanremo is not always being Italy National Final for ESC (2012 they picked the winner as their performer in ESC but not with the song)

but you still can pick anything from Kenga Magjike
