Switching juries is not essential - you can remain in your current chosen country/region but if you want to switch the jury, you can do it once you have taken part 3 editions in one jury.

any moves made for later editions will not count

The reason why this rule exists is because some people would change juries in every edition. This is too much flexibility and I think it shouldn't be allowed.

With this rule people will change juries in every edition .

Yes, and there are already (at least) 3 UK and UK regions taken: UK Scotland, NW England and now England.

First of all, North West England already left WorldVision. Second of all, I will balance out the songs, because Sahistul sends only new stuff, and I plan to send mainly the 80s.
