I am happy about the german selection, I think she was the stand out once the top 5 was announced. She has a lot of sympathic charisma so I hope she will overcome the soso-song (I actually find it a bit reptitive) because it would break my heart if Pauline also ends up in the bottom

i am not so in this contest but the "shumgirl" has a lot of talent.
in germany i have voted for pauline from the beginning but her winnersong is a letdown for me.

^Immensely talented. Forced by her parents to sing (like almost all of them) and she doesn't enjoy some of her covers, too restrained for my liking (not in a good way).
A jury-bait oldfashioned ballad is coming, but I pray that she'll be happy with the song so the rest doesn't matter.

@Mimmon So happy they gave her something uptempo & modern But it's a meh song, bland, forgettable, it doesn't show her rich vocal abilities. Well, comparing to others she will probably finish in the top 3 But if she wins, this will be a downgrade comparing to previous years. "Superhero" was better, I would even put Roksana's song above this.

The girls are talented, but the songs are so washed out and uninspiring that they can't do anything with them. Germany at least find something that was a pinch more interesting than last year, but both Netherlands and Poland are songwise pretty disappointing...

All 3 songs were bland..... this once again was best of worst songs....
Sad that Gromee had hits and now its uninspired bland songs
