In the chart yes, but in general no, It sounds like other J-pop Idol, such as AKB48, Nogizaka46, Idoling, Momoiro Clover Z,

I already sent:

1. a dance song with Latino influences
2. an alternative rap song
3. a pop-dance song with a summer theme

Result? Almost the same ~20th place and a NQ.

So, here's the question: What would you guys like to hear from Japan? Rock? Pop? 80's? 90's? Enka? Don't give me suggestions, as I have a list of potential future entries, I just want to see whether I have something on this list and maybe change the order of the songs being sent.
