I suggested this: the only way to accept a song that was in an album from 2011 or before is when it was released as a single (plus, the music video too) during 2012. Example: Shakira - Addicted to you. It was in her album "Sale el sol" that was released in 2010, but that single came out in 2012: Addicted to You (Shakira song) - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

If a song was 100% released in 2011 (album, single, music video) then how can it be entered in this spin off? It means that the title of the spin off is already cancelled.
