Looks like Mahmood just got back from a bike club meet. He's gone back to the Soldi mold this edition for Tuta gold with all the breaking beats and claps for this electro-synth/rap number. Maybe not as immediate as Soldi but it has a strong chorus that gets the crowd going. Less crazy about the verses.

Could he win again? Yeah, I think he is definitely a contender.

Well that was not Fai Rumore. But thats all time Eurovision fav. Nothing can compete. I liked quite a few songs more tonight. Remains an incredible singer.

I liked it but it was a bit like Lucio Battisti mixed with Massimo Ranieri haha. It's ancient. Very faithful to italiano tradition. I liked the song but I think my feeling comes from the memory of "Fai Rumore". In fact, I put it seventh in my rankings.

Nice change of pace from Diodato after the previous couple of songs. This is no Fai rmore from the 2020 Sanremo winner but still a fun musical style ballad. Should place reasonably high with all things taken into consideration.

Did not expect all those people coming on the stage towards the end there. It was a surprising staging idea for sure.

Yeah, I agree with you. I love Sanremo but putting all songs on one night immediately is so fatiguing, especially mixed in with all the other stuff they're doing. I'm exhausted already.
