You don't know how many people here in Italy literally hate Emma (first of all for her attitude)
I have to admit that I didn't like her for many years, she's a bit arrogant and rude sometimes but when you get her character you see what she says from another point of view. I started to change my opinion recently, with L'amore non mi basta, the third single of her last album. I love this song!

Not even a single bit of it. I don't think that it hits the bottom of the scoreboard, because there are even worse songs this year, but it's bottom10 for sure.

Speaking in general, many italians are stuck with the simpaty/hate ratio, if they like the singer they like the song, if they hate the singer they will hate his/her song xD
For what I saw in Sanremo and Amici, she is absolutely not arrogant, but yes, she has strong personality. That way to take the stage with aggressivity, her hoarse voice, could be easily misunderstood with snobby attitude, but is far away from reality. In the last months I listened 3-4 interviews of Emma and she gave me the idea of being a simple person, good hearted. In Italy we have many singers with fabulous voices but Emma is for sure the best rocker of all emerging italian singers who could participate in this year's ESC.

In my opinion, she is overconfident but, you know, considering that she is a singer it could be a bonus!
Anyway, she is rockish, her sound is pretty rockish but the final result is totally average.

Overconfident? I don't know, in the last radio interview she said that "probably will go bad", about this victory not too confident, but of course she wants to win (maybe, RAI don't want to win

If I had to make a TOP 37 I'll put it a bit higher than 15. I like just 6 or 7 songs this year. De gustibus...Yes, of course. It's top 15-25 material for me

It has nothing to do with the Eurovision but Marco Mengoni and Emma Marrone will be on the same stage, guests for Laura Pausini in a date of her tour that will be aired on Rai 1 the 20th of May!

This is my #1 too. Wish Ace Wilder would have won Melodifestival tho, then they would be tied at the 1st place.

Can't wait for Emma's rehearsal tomorrow! She's gonna rock it! 
The Stage starts out quite white, the screen displaying golden Xs, guitars, eyes, mouths etc. Emma is joined onstage by a band (drummer, guitar etc). During the second chorus she walks down the catwalk and then crawls back to finish up her song. She is wearing a purple/yellow outfit which most likely won't be the actual costume for Saturday. During the second run through she took off her jacket.
Vocally she was consistent and the backup singer suit her voice well.
Matt: I loved the look of it. White stands really out so visually it'll be memorable. Though I don't like the crawling back to the stage part, a bit unnecessary.
Madeleine: I really like it but they need to work on the camera angels, you could see random heads popping. She was not giving 100% vocally which is understandable considering it's the first rehearsal. I also liked the white backdrop as it puts the focus on the singer a lot.
