I'm really wondering about this, because I also didn't know 2CELLOS are from Istria. OK, I saw that Stjepan H. is from Pula (being prepared for some Romanian joke about Pula), but how is Luka Š. connected to Istria? I never saw they are based in Istria as a group, but in Zagreb. And isn't Zucchero main vocal, so he is actually 50%, and 2CELLOS are another 50%? Don't get me wrong, but I just can't stop thinking about it, so please explain it that I can stop overthinking

There are 3 artists in this collaboration and 1/3 is from Istria. The Istrian artist is at the same time the main artist. Therefore, this song is allowed to enter as it fulfills the minimum of WV rule. It is a borderline case, but it's enough to be accepted.

Our WV38 entry is going to be a folk song with a lot of traditional Istrian elements, mostly from a particular mountainous region in Istria. I hope at least some of you will enjoy it.

This entry is dedicated to my very dear forum friend Luis [MENTION=4724]EurovisionSmile[/MENTION]. He'll surely know which song I'm talking about.
