I simply cannot wait for Jedward's performance and result, for all of the wrong reasons  The beautiful thing is that they'll either have an amazing reaction if they qual, or an even more amazing one if they don't  Good luck dudes, you're gonna need it

N.B. I like the song, I just can't see them pulling it out of the bag

The juries hate fun so this will not qualify I'm afraid :(

and this is the great news, don't you think ? we're not in 2007/2008 anymore.

No it's not great news, offcourse if you want Eurovision to go back to those dated dark years of the 80's and some 90's aswell.

Eurovision should also be about entertaining. Jedward has a song that is hit-potential and great party.

I miss the 2007/2008....

I don't think the juries hate fun, it's just so much easier to screw up an uptempo song than a ballad. At least imo.

If the song is done right it has every chance of at least doing ok with the juries.

If the vocals go well, this will get to the final. Fortunately it's the last song, so any technical problems at the start of the show (like those last night) should be cleared up by then :)

people dont stress about juries!!! they cant overule a complete televote!..and stop comparing it to Norway..Lipstick has a lot more appeal than Haba Haba did so i think it will qualify. Of course if they don't it could be for any reason. I think they'll either fail miserably or succeed very high...we'll see.If they do, they'll only get a better result in the final with UK and the other countries voting...so theyre in it to win it.

Good luck tonight! So far the rehearsals have been good. I was so afraid of how John and Edwards tone deaf singing was going to sound live in Eurovision...but it's actually alright. Well done. Go Ireland! I still love the song. ^^
