Re: MAGYARORSZÁG - Hungary 2011

Studio version sounds much better then her live singing (I think presentation was live singing? It wasn't particularly good).
I'm glad song is in Hungarian, but I heard they made English version..does it mean they'll sing in English in Dusseldorf? Hope not.
Song itself is OK and decent (imo), but a pop song should be much better and more modern nowdays, it's a bit out-dated.
To me it sounds like smth that Sweden would send...5 or 10 y ago.
Still, one of the better songs in this poor year...I'll give it 6 p.:D
And what does 'Szerelem, miért múlsz?' mean?

And here goes another entry that'll be translated to English :/

Or? The title is now in English, I missed the presentation what was the language it was performed in?

Did they give some info on their ESC version or was it the ESC version that was performed today?

Song was performed in Hungarian, but presenter said they recorded English version and promotional video as well (he didn't say what version will be performed in Dusseldorf).

Okey, well then I'm pretty sure it'll be yet another English translation to add to Anglovision 2011 :(

According to wikipedia it's Hungarian, English.. but I guess it won't even be bi-lingual.

It's quite a good song, not perfect but not bad.
Sounds very good in hungarian, but in english it will be just another one average pop dance song.

In Dusseldorf she will sing the English version!

Offcourse haha... what else? Eurovision? Anglovision? It's starting to look like some sort of bad parody.

Is English the only existing language in Europe? When I was in Hungary people in general couldn't barely communicate with me in English, most people seemed to prefer German as their foreign language of communication.

Soon we have only Poland and a couple of other countries insisting on sending their entries in native languages.

I want to have a rule that states that entries will have to be send in the language they were chosen, so if an entry was chosen in let's say Hungarian, it should stay that way for Eurovision. I think that'd be a fair version of the old language-rule.

Yes it will be bi-lingual. It's written on eurovision.tv and I remember Kati herself saying that's her plan (before she was chosen)

But why are people saying it will be in English then? Oh I'm gonna check Eurovision.tv.

I hope you're right, but with Eurovision nowadays one can never know for sure.
