Still, I can't really like it when we have Stereo Mike RAPING it, as opposed to actually RAPPING...

Bravo, Fofo, that was exactly what i meant... Well, he seems more handsome than i remembered him!!!
Thnk God, the x-factor 1 introduced us 2 excellent singers (the other one is Nikolas Metaxas, originated also from Cyprus. Interesting trivia. His sister represented Cyprus in ESC 2009)

^Yeah, they are both very talented, and can't be compared, since they represent two completely different music styles! I like Nikolas more personally, but it's good that he did not win, because he'd be in contract with a Greek discographic company, and that's not for him. Now he's in America and just released his first English studio album! And he said that representing Cyprus in ESC will be a dream for him! Let's hope for it! I even want Loucas in 2-3 years to represent us, but solo, without Stereo Mike!

I also liked Nikolas better, but Loukas was more bankable, and he fits perfectly in the greek music industry. Nikolas represents a different music style and i'm very glad to hear about his career abroad. He deserves it !

@FoFo Really? I'd love to see Mike alone on stage. Just think about it, during 3 mins, only Stero Mike is rapping! Wouldn't it be great? xrofl3

That appearance at Mad Video Music Awards really rocked!!! And Stereo Mike was good...It is the greek version of the turkish song dansonra.
Why Tamta is not trying one more time to represent us? But this time with a song more of her style!

the running order is either gonna kill us(as many of the top favs are arnd us) or work for us nicely since we ll hv crappy sweden at 7/childish esthonia at 8/and the arrogant russian Alex- model at 10(who will be followed by france...)...cant really tell at the moment if i should cry or smile...

Yeah, the running order is not bad for a song that is not going for a victory... And Greece does not... But if it was later, around 18-21, would be much better! I still believe that Azerbaijan has the best running order and the most chances to win!

the running order is so good for Greece. After 4 pop/dance songs, our performance would be quite contrary! And yes, we have the most Ethnic song in the competition :)

Greece - Second Dress rehearsal (Jury)

Arguably the only song left in the Contest this year with any kind of ‘ethnic vibe’, the Greek number seems to have gone up in people’s estimation all of a sudden! Another entry which makes good use of the LED backdrop, tonight’s performance is faultless, (Loucas seemed to be holding back on his vocals a little this afternoon).

And yet another big production number, this time courtesy of our Greek friends. Obviously the Greeks and a somewhat different view of what a "dress" rehearsal is meant to be like. They look like they just walked in off the street to sing at Eurovision. Our lead vocalist is even wearing a fetching cap.

By the way, this picture is from a parking place in Larnaca:
giorkas-p1100596.jpg

(It says: "NO TO LOUCAS YIORKAS")

I've seen it a long time ago, so I don't think it speaks about Eurovision! I think it's from the time he was in the X Factor!
