So i think in the first round all eight contestants will perform their first song. Then four contestants will be picked. In the second round each of the four contestants will sing the second song. At the end of round two the Televoters could vote for all eight songs (the first one and the second one of the four artists). So it could be, that one contestant will go to the "Superfinal" with two songs in round three. The only thing i dunno is: Is there a jury or not. I believe someone says that there isn't but wikipedia says there is one. xshrug

There is no jury, only public voting! You're German, aren't you? This quotation from the official website sums up the rules:

Too complicated!

But the most difficult thing to understand is......... Why you have a NF when you have this super-uber-hyper amazing song which makes everything else sucks (I mean, most songs are quite good, but this one is faaaar better)

I think many of us germans won't understand the system during the show
and then there will be beef in the internet and the press cause the system was so dumb .
like always

Somehow this song reminds of Frisland and Hamburg were I once met these guys...

My favourites are both songs by Madeline Juno (especially 'Error') and 'Mo Hotta Mo Betta' by The Baseballs. Also I like Unheilig, but I'm waiting for their second entry...

First of all thanks Creeperz for collecting the links and making it easy for me.

Second... THIS NF IS AMAZING xheat xheat xheat I wish people loved this NF as much as they do Melodifestivalen and I can't wait for Thursday now! I hope this thread reaches 2,000 by the end of the night

Here are my rankings...

Overall
1. Madeline Juno - Error
2. Das Gezeichnete Ich - Echo
3. Unheilig - Als Wär's Das Erste Mal
4. Das Gezeichnete Ich - Weil Du Da Bist
5. Santiano - Fiddler On The Deck
6. The Baseballs - Goodbye Peggy Sue
7. Santiano - Wer Werden Niemals Untergehen
8. The Baseballs - Mo Hotta Mo Betta
9. Madeline Juno - Like Lovers Do
10. Elaiza - Is It Right
11. Elaiza - Fight Against Myself
12. MarieMarie - Cotton Candy Hurricane
13. Oceana - Thank You
14. MarieMarie - Candy Jar
15. Oceana - All Night

First Round
1. Unheilig - Als Wär's Das Erste Mal
2. Das Gezeichnete Ich - Weil Du Da Bist
3. Santiano - Fiddler On The Deck
4. The Baseballs - Mo Hotta Mo Betta
5. Madeline Juno - Like Lovers Do
6. Elaiza - Is It Right
7. MarieMarie - Cotton Candy Hurricane
8. Oceana - Thank You

Second Round
1. Madeline Juno - Error
2. Das Gezeichnete Ich - Echo
3. The Baseballs - Goodbye Peggy Sue
4. Santiano - Wer Werden Niemals Untergehen
5. Elaiza - Fight Against Myself
6. MarieMarie - Candy Jar
7. Oceana - All Night

Personally I'm hoping the second round will be between Unheilig, DGI, Santiano and Madeline Juno despite me liking The Baseballs more. Error is such an amazing song so I need to hear her sing it xlove It would almost certainly be near the very top of my ranking if chosen. Pleasantly surprised with DGI, he seems like an amazing artist but underrated on here so I hope he can surprise

I think the final two will be Unheilig and either Santiano or Madeline though. Roll on Thursday, hope there'll be lots of people here watching xheat

Sorry but they don't really do it for me xshrug Those two and Elaiza really are no-hopers in my opinion and it's between the other 5 in contention. DGI is probably also a no-hoper though but I hope it isn't as clear cut as Unheilig/Santiano/Madeline/Baseballs in the next round

I'll try to drum up some hype about DGI by posting this

Awesome piano pop at its best! And you can't resist a thumbnail like that!
