Does anyone know whether there was some kind of statement from MRT regarding Eurovision? I know there will be Skopje Fest 2015 in November, but have MRT team actually mentioned Eurovision?

Well I just read their Skopje Fest 2015 news and it did not mention Eurovision. But I don't think that we will withdraw because MRT is a really unpopular channel( it's constantly parodied) and Eurovision is one of it's most popular programs so withdrawal will cost MRT a lot of money which they can't loose.

Well, it worked with Kaliopi, so why not. It will always be better than watching someone win the festival with a good song and then messing everything up before Eurovision starts (RIP Lisja Esenski).

I still mourn the potential that Macedonia threw away this year.
Seriously, I've got such a love-hate relationship with Macedonia in Eurovision. They always bring some kind of great idea or potential, have me willing to support them as a dark horse, and then inevitably screw something up, or just get a disappointing result.
Perhaps they could right one of their many past wrongs by giving another chance to Lozano - this time, without Esma?

I agree 100%! Not only this year's act ended up ticking all the wrong boxes while the original song had so much potential, but Lozano was just a wasted talent in 2013. I enjoyed "Pred Da Se Razdeni" but I got the feeling he could do much more with a more suitable song. I don't get why they thought it was a good idea to gather these two artists :? one of them would have been way sufficient. If Lozano has a chance to comeback, I say yes right away!

I know that this song might sound a bit old fashioned, but I really like the singer´s voice. It´s lovely.

Not sure if it's just a result of a small sample size, but I've loved the voices of almost every male vocalist from Macedonia in Eurovision recently - 2010, 2013 and 2015 were all some of my top vocalists of those years (let's just ignore 2011 for now). Don't get me wrong, I welcome a great song whoever it's by - no complaints about Kaliopi - but there's always so much potential in their male vocalists, and they always end up failing due to some other reason. Gjoko's staging was a little weird in 2010, Lozano was saddled with Esma in 2013, and Daniel this year had his song wrecked by a rework.
I'm really hoping to finally see another great Macedonian singer pop up with a worthy song, and this time not have things ruined by the time it gets to the main Eurovision stage. I just want to see things finally go right for the country, cheer for them, and watch them enter the top 10!

Anyway, that's no surprise that Macedonia has great artists, but they have difficulties puttting everything together indeed, that's why it feels like most of their efforts are wasted in one way or another. And as they're naturally underrated, they aren't entitled to do any mistake.
Kaliopi qualified because everything was on point. I'm so hoping they'll get it right again next year
