Awesome choice though I'm not sure what to expect songwise, she's pretty broad when it comes to having a particular style.

Nonetheless I'm getting good vibes with this just like I did when MRT selected Kaliopi.

She cannot be worse than Esma and Lozano and cannot be better than Queen Kaliopi. I'm fine with this choice. It's not like I expect anything other than abject failure from Macedonia each year. My only concern is that her singing voice is VERY Soviet and may put off some of the western voters.

My favorite song of her is "Nisam prestala da volim" (Juki posted it), especially the Zeljko Joksimovic edit (I can't find it now ) That song is cover of Antonis Remos' song "Prosopika" (she is friend with Antonis Remos and they had concerts together, as well as the duet I posted above) but I really like the Serbian version much more.

Good luck to Tijana and Macedonia. From what I have heard on youtube Tijana is a talented singer. Now all will depend on the song chosen. I cant say I have instantly fallen for any of the songs that I have found from her so far, though.

Great choice for I am more than satisfied.

I like most of her songs, and I definetly think that she is a professional and charismatic singer who can pull it off quite well.


Everything depends on the song though, so I hope it will be a good one

In 2012 Kaliopi did an amazing job for Macedonia.She had a terrible slot in 2 in the semi but managed to qualify.Rightly so.
Kaliopi had real umph,star quality and superb vocals,and she delivered a great song perfectly.

Even then she only finished 9th in the semi and missed out on a deserved top 10 in the final.

Tijana in my opinion isn’t in the same league or class as Kaliopi.Worse she comes across as very outdated and will be surrounded by much more contemporary sounding artists.

If the song is anything like what iv seen of her so far its an almost certain none qualify.

She lives in Belgrade for ages, she is married to Serb she even speaks Serbian like a Serbian...she will get 12 form here 100%!

Yeah, Tijana is a pretty experienced singer and performer. She has a class and more so - sass. Her 3 minute songs are usually decent or pretty good, so with such an early decision I believe that there is plenty of time to find something with ESC standards. And like Milos said, she has charisma and she can put on a good show. If I have to compare her to any ESC singer, I would go with Laura from Finland 2002.
