Hmm, I don't really like the fact that they are calling it by its English translation on Eurovision.tv.

Will it be partly in English or they just use a translation for the title?
No, she will sing on Macedonian. They have just translated the title. :)

What a relief, I was a bit scared there for a moment. Hopefully Macedonia goes back to the ethnic influenced stuff which was pretty good. Macedonia was about to become one of my favorite ESC countries, then came three years in a row with the rock influenced mess.

are you ok? or you just say BS like this out of boredom? :?

He wants all Eurovision to be in English unfortunately, what he doesn't realize is he disses other countries' languages by making those comments. I guess it's one thing when he comments on his own language, but it comes across as rather weird when he does it for others aswell.

Romeo Gril wrote this song for Kaliopi in the Yugoslav NF in 1987, but Kaliopi performed Emanuel instead which he also wrote.

This song came in 5th though and I thought it was pretty nice so I'll share it here:

The name is promising. Maybe it's a good ballad? Do we know anything else about the song?

Yes, give us a new Mojot Svet (one of my all time favorite ESC songs), and sing in your beautiful and emotional language!
100% agree :-) I still listen to Mojo Svet today...

That's probably my favorite Macedonian entry to date aswell, but yet another proof of how English kills the flow when it originally wasn't meant to be in English (speaking of the bi-lingual version that was performed during ESC of this song).

Yeah, Mojo Svet lost a lot in translation. Definitely the best Macedonian entry to date. Only use English when it feels right, Albania 2010 as an example did a really good job but don't force a halfass translation. Though over the last few years Macedonia stuck to their language so we shall see.

Well, I'm not afraid about the language issue here, I just hope for a decent entry again, the last 3 years were kind of painful.

The song will be presented at the end of February in a special show. In the show, it will be presented the official video of the song "Crno i belo". Also the premiere of the documentary of Kaliopi's carrier. It is expected that there will be french and russian versions of the songs also.

And again for the record, Kaliopi will sing in Macedonian language, but there will be and english version too for the promotion.
