1st of one group should play against 2nd of other group and so on.
3rd of one group should play against 4th of other group and other way round.
1st against 4th is a bit unfair. but i don't will complain about it..

No, actually 1st against 4th is more fair. This system is used in many competitions, basketball for example

hm, but in football is normaly used the (1st vs.2nd, 3rd vs. 4th, and so on)-system.

I've seen many, many sports use 1st-vs-worst systems. It keeps it fair, where the highest-placed competitor has the best chance of winning, which imo, is the fairest way (the favourites should always have an advantage tbf)
