Very exciting results. Congrats ! Was a super fun mix of songs new to me and songs bringing some major nostalgia.

The Dutch entry was one of my favourite songs as a kid, and I got to watch them perform the song live in the Eurovision Village in Liverpool

I thought many songs were great in this FSC Spin-Off edition but let me give special mention to Sweden @Kevan1994 (I have been a fan of Army of Lovers long, enjoying their super-catchy Euro Dance-pop melodies combined with their deliciously fun decadence) and Turkey @Marcos C (I had never heard this beautiful Turkish 1990s melody before, so thanks for introducing it to me).

And thank you for all the points (special thanx for the 12 points! @anabanana2000) for my entry from Germany

A 4th place is great in this company of many very good and memorable 1990s songs.

I considered many options before I made my choice for this Spin-Off - the 1990s had lots of great songs as we all know - but in the end I decided that I would go for the music genre I - being here in Europe - personally identified mostly with the 1990s: (Euro)Dance. And one of the most iconic songs from that era was the German group Snap!’s “Rhythm Is A Dancer” which I have always loved. Happy to see many of you enjoyed that song too

Huge congrats to for the win

As a coming of age teen in the 90’s I absolutely loved this Ed, especially the German entry with SNAP! Can’t believe I was the only one that gave it 12 points!!
I remember recording this song on a tape recorder and practicing dances to it with my pals… with our plastic dummy’s, tearaway bottoms and bucket hats
In fact I’d love to see a spin off edition solely for euro dance
