Sadly enough Colombia did not vote as we can see.

This is especially sad since it also means Colombia instead of being victorious will end up last, at the bottom of the scoreboard, keeping its points in this FSC May Spin-Off according to our rules. It is seldom we see such a dramatic outcome but it shows the importance of voting in the contest. It is only fair on everyone who did vote.

We therefore get a different winner.
