That’s 15 sets of votes and this is still not decided Norway is in the lead but Finland can win also. Ukraine is the last voter so they can’t add to their present total.

Let’s see how this develops with the last set of votes.

As we see Norway got 2 points and end up on 90 points. This means Finland need to get 7 or more points to win (i.e. 7, 8, 10 or 12p). If they get less than 7 points from Ukraine, then Norway win.
