^Don't worry.Its just the first time,and organizing the contest is very hard.Cause you don't know what to do first

Denmark was voted but it should vote again after the song has changed.

I thought this could have been the deciding factor, too.
Why do you have to make such big fuss over the rules? Of course, the song will be changed and it was accepted so far since the mods really hadn't noticed this and the host had no idea of the first few editons. That's all.
German is the first language in the

Is it written in FSC Euro Cup rules that FSC songs can't participate? Did the host say something about it?When I wanted the song "The sound of missing you" to represent Belgium in FSC World Cup....in the next few seconds people reacted "ohh, no....this is not possible.....the song was in FSC",

Spinoffs can be controlled by everyone + it's up to the host as he/she has access to songs.
Being police for spinoffs is not obligatory for FSC mods. If you notice something that contraddicts the rules - no problems, solve it with the host or PM us, but FSC mods aren't supposed to apply or set the rules in FSC spinoffs for everybody.
I was co-hosting FSC World Cup with Kristi and Kristi set such rule so I had a right to ask someone to change the song as a host but I'm not gonna control ie. do someone else's job if I'm not a host in other FSC spinoffs (if the host doesn't ask me for help)

Then, no need to change the song. I said you should change your song to Sim cause i thought i shouldn't allow to FSC songs ( with FSC rules ). So if it's ok, i allow to the FSC songs.
But if you guys still don't want to the FSC songs, we can go to the referendum (again).

I think it's not fair.
We changed the time period to set it "more than 10 months", instead than "less than 10 months", just because we wanted to have a different contest, not a FSC else
It is not fair and it has no sense that we didn't allow it in World Cup and we do here.
So Altug, you MUST contact Sim to change his entry

Of course Football spinoffs can follow 1 "template" in rules but if you want to do minor changes and add/remove 1 rule - it's up to you
General FSC is more demanding and spinoffs were created in order to give people more freedom. You can use remixes, you can use old songs, set specific deadline rules... unless it doesn't contraddict main FSC principles of course (for instance, audio material has highest priorities etc.).
If you would like to allow old FSC entries - it's your right.

In this situation I'd rather prohibited that song because it hurts certain member so much but in the next spinoffs it should be CLEAR that the host follows his/her own rules without mistakes and screw ups.

If anyone's interested in little, old Adam's opinion, I say we keep the Belgian entry as it is although I understand that Alex wouldnt think it's fair so perhaps we just let Sim decide himself whether or not he wants to change the song?

I want this to be a fair contest for everyone so I've decided to change my song
It was my fault that I forgot that no FSC song was allowed
This new song has participated in FSC before the artist did (I hope that's no problem)
