Cyprus sent the votes.

Two matches were easy to vote, the other two were difficult cause in one of them I didn't like any of the songs and in the other one I loved both.

the first 3 matches were rather easy to decide who get the point
Belgium - Romania was a lil bit difficult to decide.

And why would that be an advantage? Now I am making a recap of all my 20 pointers during the FSC editions and all of my 20 pointers had female singers except for the Bulgarian entries with half female - half male vocal
