I was surprised too, and it didn't get any points from Switzerland either. Highest points (8) came from Finland and Greece.

Well, if that's the case, then the juries aren't really professional (if they vote for only certain genres).

Serbia gave only 4pts to France. I was watching ESC with friends and everybody liked this song, ppl reaction to this song was great, I'm sure many ppl liked it and voted for France (because it was one of the best up tempo last night with GREAT energy), but somehow I think jury underrated this song.
If there were only sms votes, France would have done better.

Loved this one, because it had a football atmosphere around it. And that was before I even knew this was the French song for the World Cup this summer. Great song, and it could actually be my favorite French ESC song ever.

still think this is a crap song (though not as crap as our UK entry)

My bottom 3 were:
France, Russia and UK.

1 out of 3 ain't bad...

Classic Europop song and an absolutely brilliant performance. Both the French and the Serbian entries were impossible to watch without smiling.

'Allez' probably should be filed in the 'too good to win' section of the ESC filing cabinet.

Germany must have given France high points in the televoting, since "Allez ola olé" is #3 on German iTunes.

This was a GIANT grower for me. But it bombed for me on the stage. OMG what a performance, what an energy. The most interesting part was the Haka stuff which we couldn't hear before (maybe i turned the song off all the time before that part  ). I'm so impressed and this one jumped from my #30 to #4 or 5..
and a well deserved 12th place for this. It might have been a lil bit higher but my heart can't accept this get a better result thatn Patricia Kaas did :D

I'm willing to bet that this song did much better in the televoting than it did with the juries. It deserved to enter the top 10.

I'm sure that will be the effect of the juries, that no one will dare to send an electronic/club/hip-hop track because no doubt the juries are prejudiced against such music. Unless a modern song is "alternative" like Satellite was, the juries will probably avoid giving points to it for no reason.
