It's the first single for her new album, which will be a cover album. This one is a cover of a veeeeeeery famous song by Johnny Hallyday.
I really hope that Amandine can achieve good things with this one because her career is going close to nowhere...
Her album will be out on the 5th of may !

Producers aren't going to bend over backwards to put in a good spot at all especially when among the Big 5 and has next to no hype at all and they have many others favorites they want to push. They don't care that they opened the show last year just like they don't care closed last years semi

There is a ton of hype for the UK and Spain has some buzz too although nowhere as much....I didn't say they didn't .....the other top 5 plus Denmark have WAY more hype then France .....maybe my post wasn't clear enough

Unless something changes from now till ESC I don't see France getting a good spot even if they do get bottom half in the draw.....they just don't have the buzz/hype to make producers care where to place them.....France will get a left over spot after the producers put in their favorites and sabotage the ones they hate.....in harsher words one could say that France is currently nothing but filler

Every year I hope there'll be a surprise winner to just come and blow everyone out of the water and be a surprise winner. The more I listen to this song the more I get this wild hope that this would be the surprise of the year It's definitely not gonna happen, but I hope I see France high up on the left hand side of that scoreboard in May! I love how catchy this song is. The live isn't too good but that can always be improved. And the lyrics do hold a good meaning if you read them through in English, I at first dismissed this as a complete joke entry, but reading the lyrics I changed my mind about this song. I wouldn't mind one bit if this was a surprise winner, but since I'm sure it won't happen, I just hope for top 10.

I just listened to the song for the very first time. The beginning of the song (text and the music) are a copy-paste of the famous songs of the Belgian singer Stromae. But once the chorus begins, the music and the text become a lot less interesting. After a while, I even get bored. Too bad, because songs in French Eurovision always have a special meaning for me.
