She introduces herself as the representant of France at the Eurovision. Deafening silence from the audience. I can imagine half of them not understanding a word of what she said and the other half asking themselves what's that eurothing she talked about.
Poor Anggun! If she was fishing for votes, that was the worst place on Earth. Great performance, however!

Off course she was fishing some votes, never missed any chance to promote, right?
Since 2006 when she become UN spokesperson and FAO goodwill ambassador, she always attended any meeting in New York to China and (most of it) in Italy.
I hope those expatriats and UN workers will watch eurovision and vote for her
at least if she don't win ESC, the spotlight given to her usually will make her promote the UN's project even more.
